About Me

As a child, I adored dress-up, playing my Dad’s guitar, and wanted to be Gelsey Kirkland in George Balanchine's The Nutcracker (my favorite VHS). Not much has changed since.

I'm a lover of folk music, painting, sewing, film photography, and a collector of old things, practical or not (usually not). I lead with curiosity, which is my constant creative companion. Being quite sentimental, I believe in the gentle, yet enduring power of the mundane. In my art, I am most excited by these moments, and believe there is unparalleled comradery to be found in them.
